Client groups, Prospects, Vendors, Management, Financial - have groups we can create that matchour business needs
I would like to have a tree so that all inbox mail can have sub folders to identify in groups or titles that related to my business - both for marketing and for day to day tasks and appointments. the same for sent folder - I want to keep what I received and answer it and have it saved in my sent folder. I can later delete the inbox email and keep the one I sent. In other words make it easier to keep a trail of emails with one person on a particular subject or conversation. some items in SENT will start there and go back and forth as well. With that I need to be able to put those sent or received into their own folder identifying the task needed or the category of the subject or category of sender/receiver etc.
