Clunky and awkward
Clunky and awkward. No auto correct on spelling. constantly losing the page because it opens the web page from the same tab as your email. NOT a good idea to merge mail and web.

Why does MS consistently take good things and degrade them?
Your customers who really matter are not interested in new looks on a programmed interval. We want ease, speed, and features that actually matter.

Everything is over-sized and clunky; e.g. too many boxes, the text is too large.

The look and feel of this interface is not intuitive and is a classic example of over engineering a product. Make the mail client handle email things really well. I don't need a mail client that can do the dishes and tell me the temp on the moon.

It was information overload. In the current version, it is easier to sort out and prioritize new emails. In the beta version, I was inundated with different folders and groups, with attachments and their file names. Composing a new email has an early-2000s feel.

I dont like the largeness of it. Clunky to move around. The smiley and quick like button is missing. Hate as in really dislike the obtrusive box that apears when you delete.
