In my opinion, the lettering (font), in the new Outlook is to chunky (bold). It is hard follow because the entire look is congested.
If it were up to me, I would follow not a pattern of color but a suite. Colors that accent each other instead of colors that make each other stand out. If the text is going to be comfortable then I feel that its easier to read and take in the information when the font or text is a little more mature. (on the thin side). And since the white is not an off white but a blinding white, if there are 2 seperate colors from 2 ends of the color spectrum, then there should definitbe a third color to follow one or the other suite.
looks too chunky and is ugly ngl
Running in Chrome on Linux... font is too strong giving the page a darker more stressful appearance. It is hard to differentiate between bold and regular text.
