Want to "mark as unread" with a single click
With Gmail I can open an email, and then mark it unread with a single click. With Outlook, once an email is open, the only option in the dropdown menu is "Mark as read" (which makes no sense because it already is read...). To mark an email I'm reading as unread (to remind myself to come back to it), I must thus "mark as read" and then "mark as unread". This is absurd. Please make this easier / allow your users to "mark as unread" with a single click!!

when you mark 1 e-mail as unread the whole history tied to that email become unread and you endup with hundreds or unread emails
