Re-order calendars in a calendar group
You're unable to re-arrange the order of calendars in a calendar group, and you're unable to re-arrange the order of calendar groups. The only way to "organize" this mess is to remove/delete and re-add the calendars/groups in the order you want. It's 2019, why are you making static lists. Be better, Microsoft.

We are starting work on supporting this feature. Stay tuned!

Not sure why this was not in the original design. It is extremely aggravating to have to delete and reinstall other calendars in order to get them in an order that works for you or to put them in group. If not for having to use Outlook at work I would not be using it at all.

This is a pretty basic feature. It's odd that it's missing.

It looks to me that when you add a new calendar (in my case, from my institution's directory), I can decide which calendar group I want to add it to. I can create different calendar groups. To get this all sorted out, I removed all the calendars and deleted the groups so I could start over, adding groups that I want in the order I want, then adding calendars to those groups. Still no drag and drop, but it does seem to work.

Please let us arrange our calendars. Seems odd that this even has to be requested.

The "Import calendar" command isn't available from the drop downs in the groups so you have to Import into one big list. As others say you then can't move them.
So at the moment the groups can not be used for imported calendars.
I need to import calendars for a large number of colleagues, rooms, resources whch is way too confusing in a big list. The old version of OWA was much more helpful in allowing these imported calendars to be arranged by groups. -

I'll add my hopes that the Outlook web app would allow us more flexibility with organizing our calendars into various or custom groups.

Agreed. And if the web app simply matched my desktop app, I would be super happy. But it doesn't. Actually I would prefer that it match my desktop app, since I switch back/forth working in the office and at home. Second best would be simply drag/drop on the web.

Roger that. we need ability to move existing calendars into a newly created group. How hard can that be?

Drag and drop and WYSIWYG UX design principles are not new, this is a basic requirement. I have several "teams" that I need to see group availability, the user experience of searching down an un-sortable list is like "green on black" experience - it's 2019 guys !!!

Dans la nouvelle version d'Outlook il n'est plus possible de créer un groupe de calendriers ni d'y importer des calendriers ni de les déplacer. Fonctionnalité manquante. Dommage

When I select to view a group calendar that I am able to view as a guest because it is part of a public group, The calendar layer does not show up on the new view at all and it does not appear on the left hand side in the list of calendars. I need to be able to add events to this public group calendar easy to ensure that my entire company knows when those events are being held and how to attend them.

List is too static, the cell for each day should grow as entries are made, not overlap each other.

Groups are cluttered and poopy.

Yes, old way allowed me to add group calendar but new way doesn't.

Need a way to organize calendars on the left hand side of the screen so that I can create groups to find calendars in an easier way, especially since the "Add calendar from directory" is now more inconvenient to use.
