My emails keep going to junk mail I have tried adding information to contacts, adding to safe senders and sending a report yet I'am still having issues. This has become an inconvenience to my work! Can someone fix this!!!

I wish I only had 8 false spam emails in a day. the vast majority of my emails go into spam. Even ones from my OWN email account where I've copied myself or even sent myself a reminder email about something. And of course designating a spam email as NOT spam does not seem to train the system at all. Consequently, I receive about 13 to 18 emails in Spam per day about 11-12 of which are NOT spam.

Running an e-commerce store and all of my Order Confirmation emails going to Junk. Have clicked 'not junk' and clicked to Report each one, but keeps happening. Getting very frustrating.

I switched over to the new Outlook and fair play it looks really good. Problem is i've just checked my junk folder and 8 important emails were in there!!! 8 in a week is far too high, 1 maybe 2 i could understand but 8. I've switched immediately back to classic mode. Anyone know why mailbox is doing this on the new outlook? It can't be co-incidence surely, not that many anway.

I've had to turn off Junk email filtering because there are so many false positives moved to Junk. Important emails were being missed.

When managing safe senders/domains, it doesn't give us an option to save the changes. The Save button is grayed out. Same thing happens when users try to edit existing emails/domains.
Workaround:
Click "The new Outlook" button to turn off the preview>click settings>mail>block or allow (under accounts)
