No Signature Setting
I can't find a place to add my signature in this new outlook. i had it set up in the old version, but it did not carry through. please help!
First off, thank you for taking the time to use the new Outlook on the web experience and for taking the time to provide feedback! I just wanted to let you know that we do have signature settings in the experience already.
Click on the gear in the top right hand corner.
In the search box type in signature.
This will show a link to the Email Signature. Which will then take you right to the signature settings.
I switched to the updated version and my e-mail signature is missing. I am switching back. This is annoying.
When clicking "New Message" right after loading the page, a new email with no default signature is created.
When adding an image to a signature, it is not possible to add a URL link to the image.
When trying to add the URL link to the image, it replaces the image with the URL.
Not visually easy to Navigate. Not enough differentiation between the folders on the left hand side, everything runs together. I also can't insert my signature when I go to options and click insert signature nothing populates. Also the red flags on the messages are now hollow so their difficult to see in the inbox. The solid red flags are preferential.

How about being able to shrink the left columns so I can read the emails?
Glad to see its not just hidden but absent...thought it was something I did! Clearly not having a signature option would make the email service of much less value.
In new outlook I couldn't find how to change my signature?
Why change something that everyone is comfortable with?

I lost my signature in the transformation to the new Outlook.
It was not broke why did you have to mess things up and waste all of our time!

It could be great if we have one place to set up e-mail signature to control in Outlook, Outlook Web and mobile at the same time. It should be possible to setup picture, logo, link and message and to chose if we can control from a central point (administrator)

That's not possible to configure signature. It keeps loading and doesn't enable to edit.
I job share and my co worker and I use individual signatures in the one mailbox. I had to revert to old version to access my signature.
There doesn't appear to be as many editing options in the text area eg. can't tab.
This used to be pretty obvious and maybe I am just missing it, but I just can't figure out where to edit my Signature.
I can not find how to update my signature.
Why are we not able to add signatures in the new outlook? I was able to in the old version and outlook app.
