Conversation view missing in new version
Where is the conversation view setup in new web version outlook? Last version we can do that in Filter set up. Thanks.

I cant understand for the life of me why you would remove conversation view as an option on individual folders. I agree with the other posts that it make no sense in the sent folder. We have to have it for the inbox with the amount of emails we receive. Please add back the feature.

Conversation view used to be a PER FOLDER setting, and now it is a GLOBAL setting. While it makes sense in the inbox, it makes no sense in the "sent" folder, for example, where you want to see all emails in order.

The fact that this is gone has forced me to use other software. How unbelievably stupid to take this feature away from users.

The conversation view sucks *** and has no place within an email client. Once I respond to an email I delete it and move on, if I do need to reference it I can look in Sent Items or Deleted Items. Otherwise, the conversation view make the message string more confusing and much easier to reply or respond to the wrong message. Please consider not trying to compensate for the lowest levels of intelligence. Instead, encourage users to use email as it was intended and how it is most efficient and effective, versus trying to make it a "conversation" medium, that is chat, and email is not for "chatting", pick up the phone and have a "conversation" FFS, I am drowning in idiocracy!

I use conversation views to auto-magically include all related emails below a recently received email. That way I can file an email when I am done with it but it auto-magically reappears in my inbox if someone picks up the thread later and replies to an old email. This is very handy. How do I replicate this in the new Outlook?

I like the feature with the old Outlook that shows emails as conversations in efforts to limit reply's to same email.

I need message view back. Conversation view can be convenient for grouping messages, but it's way too easy to reply or reply all to the wrong email in the thread.

I love conversation view. It is not available in the shared mailboxes I am part of. Adding the conversation view to all mailboxes would be great. Until then I will need to use the old look.

Need to reinstate the ability to see emails grouped as conversations, or if that feature is already available, make it more intuitive to find.
