need to be able to open another mailbox from the new OWA like you can in the old OWA
need to be able to open another (shared) mailbox from the new OWA like you can in the old OWA
We would like to suggest simplifying how to open other mailbox like below:
1) Automatically Open pre-set mailbox when signing in to Outlook on the web
2) Select other mailbox which is registered as Favorite to open it after signing in to Outlook on the web. In this case, you don’t have to enter the shared mailbox’s mail address each time.
I have two Outlook emails in two different domains. My workplace has a specific domain, and my school has a different domain. It is impossible for me to easily switch between these two mailboxes on my computer. I can easily switch between these two mailboxes using the Outlook app on my phone. I wish there were a similar feature on my computer.
When clicking "Open another mailbox" it should show a list of all my mailboxes, without the need to type in the search field each time.
This would save a lot of time.

You have the option to "Open another mailbox", however, we cannot open another mailbox (it states I do not have permission) and I cannot find the place in Settings to allow access. We had this previously with Outlook 2016 and we need this feature to work while others are out of the office. Please help.
An error message is displayed frequently when trying to access my inbox or calendar via OWA; see below for an illustrative error message.

We can't get that information right now. Please try again later.
I need to have both my bosses account and mine open at the same time, at the moment I can't.
Also need to view email and calendar in separate windows - responding to availability requests is at least 10 % of my work.
Currently can't reply to an email thread with "reply all with meeting" and send a calendar invite from another email address (via delegate or sharing access) as in the previous OWA version.
