Should not change automatically to show I am away when I am there.
My status automatically changes from available to away, while I am there and sometimes it does not accept me to change back to available, I have to log out and log back in. The worst in this that I do not receive any emails during this time and if I do not realize it can be a couple of hours.

Agree. No matter what you do, status stays away
