Create a task or planner task from the emails
Often a task and a planner task will be as a result of an email, but there is no way to create a planner task or standard task from the emial list
I should be able to "create task" from a specific email. Currently, I have to do it on the whole email thread. It's hard to find, and it won't link to the relevant email.
converting an email to calendar event or create task in mobile app

This is solved! Now it is possible
We have the 'reply all by meeting' function - I'd like a choice as simple as that 'create task from email' that puts the subject in the task title and the content of the email in the notes. Then allowing for additional info to be put in as needed.
In the desktop version, I use this feature all the time. When you transition to Outlook 365 online, the task function is woefully inadequate. It would be vastly improved by maintaining the ability to make the subject editable for flagged items, making the number of lines editable (I prefer 1 line), and allowing toggling of groups by date.

It would be great to convert an email into a task, and then open the task tab and just have it all there. Also, the calendar needs a better easier and simple design. Sorry to put out here your competition, but google's calendar is so nice, it's clean, you can choose categories and add colors, and you can also open it as a side bar on gmail and it's super easy and comfortable! Just an idea to make Outlook better :)
