Pinned messages do not show preview or sender
In the old outlook pinned messages would show the same things as a normal message, however now they just show the title. Now I have to open up each email to remind myself who it was from and what it was about...

Hey all, thanks for your feedback. We changed the pinned items to occupy less space so that you could still see new messages in your inbox even if you had a lot of pinned items.
We assumed that by pinning the items, you would know what the email was about so you’d need less information on the message.
We’ll track this item and figure out whether we want to change it in the future.

Will outlook PLEASE change the "Suggestions" when you write? I know it helps people when they don't want to waste their time but I don't like it. When you think about it, they have to read it to be able to give out a suggestion. I know its probably a bot but I really don't like that.
Sorry that it is out of context! The person named "Colin" Just made me think about it.

Sometimes pinning shows the sender and sometimes it does not. What creates this variability. I want to see the sender.

With this update pinning basically becomes the same as deleting a message.
It is pretty much "Pin emails you want to make disappear! Much fun!"

Why the **** haven't you provided your users an option to see the sender or any text from the body of the email?
Most users who use the "pinned" option typically have a large amount of emails come in. We know how to scroll. This is a ridiculous "feature".

I use pinned messages in the inbox as a queue for active working items; I can have up to 40/50 pinned items. I need to review all of them every morning, but if I could see the sender in the list I wouldn't need to click on each message.
If you can't restore the sender in the list view for pinned items, maybe you can suggest a best practice to work with? I was thinking to move them in a TODO folder and unpin them, but this would make me jump back and forth from inbox to TODO folder.Thank you in advance!

I pin messages and they move to the top of the messages column. Great!. The next day they disappear, nowhere to be found, not in the trash, not in drafts, not anywhere. 100% gone.

Not a great assumption. Scrolling down a bit is much easier than opening each email to see what it was about.

Just somebody tell me how to undo this update and get out of the burning **** it has dumped me in. How about I come to your office and set fire to your work tray and see how you like it. "We’ll track this item and figure out whether WE want to change it in the future" just sums MS up. Thoughtless, inconsiderate and arrogant. I didn't realise your products were all about you. Stupid customers eh!
