Re-instate Creat Rule option on right clik context menu, it is missing for me.
1) In the "New Outlook" (as of 2nd Feb 2019) the "Create Rule" option is missing from the right click context menu - please reinstate it.
2) A "Manage Rules" tab/menu needs creating - I cannot see this anywhere in setting for my work account.
3) When I try and create a rule in the "Old" outlook, it generates and error saying I do not have permission to change that option. Why change a key feature that works well? Please resolve permissions or allow me to adjust them.

The create rule in the old outlook had three default test to lock in the search to the specific item. The new Outlook has only the source email address test. It's more work to add one or two more tests that to delete the unneeded ones. Please use the same default checks in the new outlook rule creation panel that you had in the old Outlook rule creation panel..
