Don't fix what isn't broken.
Why do we need a "new" outlook. The current version works well, is user friendly, and visually bland, and does not overwhelm the eye. The "New" version has thumbnails everywhere which is distracting and makes the screen look over crowded. Not a fan. Not a fan at all. Microsoft, stop fixing what isn't broken!!

Harder to read & not as clean as the "old" version, this is despite changing settings in the new version.
Stop changing what isn't broken!!!

The new version even in compact mode is not user friendly. Everything is crowded still. There is nothing wrong with the current version of Outlook Web App. Please keep the current version. It is much more functional and easier to use. The new version is looks like Gmail and is not user friendly on where all the folders are.

Changes pointless things with no explanation. Why does it open a whole new email overview when I just want to open ONE email? Fire that designer.

Nothing has any character and is so ridged. Other Microsoft apps are the same. we are installing the new version of Microsoft Navision and its horrible to look at. I have to work on it all day and compared to the older version its ugly

Stop keep trying to organize people to do things YOUR way. Most of the time YOUR way DOESN'T work and is really annoying! This is in relation to my work/organisation acc'.
With my own personal e-mail though, I have to keep clearing my suggested contacts list, of people I am unlikely to contact again, or will contact very rarely. Also due to the amount of SPAM & TROJANS associated with contact lists, I don't keep an on-line contacts list anyway. STOP suggesting who YOU think I should have on a contacts list that I DON'T want! e.g. At the moment there are 17 suggested contacts. There is only 1 of these I would consider entering on a contact list. STOP trying to make me do what YOU want! As by now you have hopefully gathered, it makes me angry. Which is pretty stupid when your intention is to remove the frustration, which ironically enough you most probably caused!
STOP IT! -

i like the old outlook. Hopefully with new updates it wont be too much of a change. I do like the quick response you can just click on the default response.

I am so fed up with going backwards, more pedestrian with every silly change that is supposed to be an upgrade and this appears to be another one. If it ain't broken it don't need fixing... these changes are surely to give someone else a job because I do not have time to test your unnecessary changes which usually result in removing the good things that worked.

I prefer the new look. We use tags with our company and they are labeled with the whole name front and center. Everything appears easier to read and find.

Liked the older version a lot more. Can we change back?

The former "light version" of outlook worked extremely well for me.

I did not see what it improved. I saw no function that was quicker or easier. Most things were harder to find. Not a fan.
What was supposed to be improved by the change? I only was on it for a couple of days and then had to switch back. I was spending too much time looking for things that should not have been hidden or hard to find.

When something works, don't try to fix it. I want my old outlook back.
