spam block button on tooolbar
In the old version, when a user is in the Spam folder there was a direct button on the bar that would block the sender. Now, it is hidden in a drop down menu on the 'Not Junk' button.
It would be really great to get it back directly on the bar.

On the old outlook- as well as new outlook, there is no spam button

I agree with this. My users will never report spam unless the button is right there!
