I would like to be able to disable Expressions. I turned off the beta solely because I can't disable the expressions. Let me know when you have the feature added and I'll re-join the beta. Thanks.

The setting for this feature is under Mail > Compose and reply > Quick suggestions.

The "suggestions", I.E. gifs or emoji's instead of words, when typing seem a little too casual and distracting for an email. It could maybe work in a more casual messaging setting

It is absolutely ridiculous that they forced these into an enterprise email client with no way to disable them. Nothing says professional like gifs and emojis.

I love the sleek look of the new version; however, I am switching back to the old version because no matter what I do, I cannot turn off the expressions. It is super annoying and it messes with the text. I use Outlook for business, so I am unlikely to put GIFs in my emails. I went to settings and attempted to turn the feature off, but it does not work. Please fix this so I can use the new version. Thank you.

I agree with the other comments here. Using these items is very inappropriate in business correspondence and a total distraction from the business at hand.

I DO NOT want "expressions" turned on as I use this email for work. Please have a button to disable it or I cannot use the new outlook.

the balloons and little emojis are NOT profesisonal. I don't mind them in gmail, but not in my professional email. Get rid of them.

I just posted a comment about this too. I still can't figure out how to turn it off.

I hate how it's trying to auto-insert emoji's. When typing a professional email, you don't want it littered with emoji's or gifs. The auto-highlight for inserting emojis messes with the appearance of the format and messes with my insistance to be professional. I found myself spending more time trying to remove it so it wouldn't accidentally be sent than actually typing the email.

When I start a message with "Thank You," the words get highlighted in blue and then get spaced strangely. I cannot figure out how to undo this.

What the world needs is more flashing gifs in emails. It's like MySpace in 2005. Yes, this is a moronically stupid feature. How to turn off?

Agreed, they're unprofessional and I'm going back to the old version of Outlook so they stop popping up.

All these gifs and emoticons are very unprofessional. This is not "office 365" features. These are unprofessional teenager features.
The new spacing for the email history takes up way too much space. It is very inefficient to go through email.
Showing all my attachments in the inbox list also takes up way too much space.
Kids might like all the bubbles and space, but for those of us who work for a living, it is an inefficient, unprofessional MESS!
