I would like to be able to disable Expressions. I turned off the beta solely because I can't disable the expressions. Let me know when you have the feature added and I'll re-join the beta. Thanks.

The setting for this feature is under Mail > Compose and reply > Quick suggestions.

Two needed options - undo and the other is to take out or give the option to undo the automatic hyper link/pop up (example: thank you) to certain words.

This new update is adding stupid hyperlinks to too many words---I am trying to work here and type PROFESSIONAL emails for Pete's sake. Please eliminate this childish-looking feature!!!!

Some of my words change colors after I type them in an email (ie: thanks). Hate it. Unprofessional.

Without finding an option to turn off Expressions, I have to edit my text to avoid phrases that turn it on. I'm going back to the old Outlook until that is fixed.

PLEASE NO MORE GIFS, this is a tool I use for professional emails.

I was writing an email today and I added the word "welcome", all of a sudden it appears in blue text. Hmm, I think. I didn't add a link in this email. I click on it, and on the right hand side of the screen I get a pane with a bunch of gifs.
What the **** is this? I'm writing a damned business email welcoming someone to my company and you think I want a minions gif?
The only reason I decided to try the "new outlook" was because I thought it couldn't possibly be worse than the old one. I was wrong.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: get your **** together, Microsoft.

The highlighted text that shows up with GIF suggestions is ridiculous for work.

You have a glitch in your system - perhaps it's trying to automatically insert emojis or the like every time I type "thanks" or "thank you" - there is no apparent way to deactivate this change or to stop the random spaces from being added when I'm hitting space later in the line. You have to fix this problem.

You can turn these off in settings

I went to delete the phrase "Thank You" and got the sidebar with Expressions, Emojis and Gifs. The Delete key at that point doesn't actually delete the text; it just toggles the Expressions window. How do I turn off this feature that has no place in a professional environment??

Need to be able to manage the Joyful Animations (Expressions) settings on an enterprise level for the entire organisation. I need to be able to turn off the feature for all users in the tenant.

The auto-insert/suggestion of gifs and emojis is awful. I cannot risk these getting inserted into a professional email!

When someone wrote congratulations in an email to me it's highlighted and confetti shoots out.
This isn't facebook, I don't want flashy distracting things when I'm reading email.

what is autoformatting "congratulations" to spray confetti, that's cute but this is my professional email, am I sending this silly **** to my clients? Terrible idea.

it's annoying when i'm writing an e-mail and the blue highlighter comes on and messes up my text, and then when I try to delete it, it just migrates to other text within the e-mail. please...no....

Give an option to disable the expressions menu - there is a time and place for that, and a work email is not it. Having the option to disable it would be great - then you get to choose :)

it is incredibly unprofessional to ask if I want to put gifs in my emails and highlight the words that could be used for them
