Doesn't Refresh, Rules Don't Work
Vivek G commented
I have a mail rule set for email distribution account that is supposed to go to a specific folder that I made. Now all those emails are flooding my inbox instead of the folder that I set up.

When attempting to create a rule using the following steps, the menu to get to the rules no longer works.
1. select email
2. select ellipses dots
3. select "Create rule"
4. select "More options"
- expected action: continue to rules menu
- actual action: nothing
When ever I receive a new email it wouldn't come straight through to my inbox. I would have to refresh the page multiple times a day to get new emails. Very inconvenient especially if I receive a time sensitive email.

OWA should support all inbox rules created in Outlook on the desktop and vice versa.
- OWA supports flagging emails manually but not via inbox rules
- OWA has a "pin" feature that doesn't exist in the Outlook client
I understand you can't replicate the full experience of the Outlook client on the web, but there should at least be parity when it comes to basic features. As it stands, it's not realistic to switch between the client and OWA as they each require drastically different workflows if you dare utilize the features they provide.
Sequence of Inbox rules of OWA gets reset by Outlook Desktop since some of the rules are not visible in Desktop version. We need better syncing of the two. Either bring them both to the same platform or at least ensure they don't conflict with each other
While creating rules from an email, I usually need to add more conditions than just the sender. When I click "More Options" and specify the action (Move to Archive say), I see the "Run now" checkbox. The moment I add another condition however, the "Run now" checkbox is gone and the play icon in the rules dialog is gone as well. This is incredibly frustrating!
The move from gmail to outlook brought a whole lot of spam that is completely hiding my important work emails and this broken rule just makes it impossible to clean things up.
The "Send diagnostic report" is also quite unfriendly. I would expect it to tell me roughly how many emails matched the active rules, if there was any issue etc but right now it seems to be some machine readable xml!
Please fix this.

The functionality works fine, but none of the rules that I create work. This makes it difficult for me to manage my work emails throughout the day.
Sorry - but rules - which I rely on are really unstable
Ifs its not stable and tested - don't release it.
Í really don't want to be using a beta product
I have better things to do with my time
Mail aliases added don't seem to stick around for either
