Better search
It's extremely difficult to search for new people in the directory and it takes longer.

Outlook is very unreliable lately. It is causing business failures. Previously received emails are not showing and search does not work consistently, returning error messages.

The search feature for messages isn't very interactive and customizable. The address search feature when adding a message recipient isn't effective and only suggests recently used contacts and not ones rarely used, making the user have to open a separate window to search their address book. This should be streamlined better and work more effectively.

just make it better. YOU have gone to the worst choice in the new search feature.
CHeck the forums, everybody hates it. its funny, that in the outlook for mac the search feature is really great, even better than windows. Why can't you keep it the same in all places?
