Why can't we favorite a contact group? I send more messages to the groups then I do to individuals
At work I use a shared mailbox with 5 other users. Each month we have several folders that are added to Favorites as well as ones that we consistently use every day, but with the new version that has disappeared. We have over 30 sub-folders in our mailbox having the ability to add important folders (dependent on project) makes our workflow more productive than trying to find the right folder.
have tried to find a forum discussion about this and have also tried going through settings to re-instate it but its non-existant from what i can find.
would be great if that could come back
