junk email settings
Setting for automatic junk mail filtering is no longer in the Settings. You're stuck with it on or off until you go back to Old Outlook and go to those Settings. It's fairly hard to find even there.
Need to put that toggle switch back in.
Page for that setting in Old Outlook (which you can get to with this url without actually switching back to Old Outlook):

When I mark a message as 'spam' it disappears from my inbox. Then, if I switch between "focused" and "other" the message reappears. Why?
SPAM filter incorrectly blocks by the sender's IP ... but as IPs are not globally unique this causes blocking for no reason on perfectly clean email from trusted sources.
Use if antiquated, faulty, spam filtering should be eliminated; as it serves no viable purpose.
Automated email from Microsoft Teams is flagged as potential malware.
Where is the SPAM Icon which was previously in bar which begins with Repy. Delete , et al?
I just spent too much time locating the Spambox. But I want my old toolbar back. This new and improved (not so much) version may be new but is not improved.
I keep marking emails as Junk and they reappear. Why does this happen?
This setting to disable junk email filtering on a mailbox is needed to debug issues with hash, and in organizations where a different provider is used for primer filtering .

Previously, Settings/Mail/ Accounts/Block or Allow - select Automatically filter Junk email (other option was Don't move email to my junk email folder).
we have users that have this (Don't move) option selected - and I'm instructing them to turn it to "Automatically", but in new OWA - the ability to switch is gone.
