Please bring back the pop-up tooltipsy bar with "Reply" and "Quote".
I like the new interface, looks really slick and responsive. Two things make me settle on the old one. First is the missing next meeting reminder, voted highly in another suggestion
Another is the missing pop-up that shows when hovering over a selection, that contains the Reply frob in reading mode and the Quote in editing an email mode. Without these, I cannot make an inline reply.
Copy/Paste/Format as quote does not quite work the same, as it pulls too many (pretty much all) attributes from the original font if the message was formatted. Besides, it's too tedious.
In the new Outlook on the web, we cannot quote the message so that we would like to ask to add the feature.
Outlook only supports top-posting, where the original message is quoted below the response.
Using multiple quotes in a message is not supported; everything after the first quote is collapsed/hidden as though it is part of the quote.
This is one of the oldest forms of email quoting and communication, and OWA does not support it.
As well, quoted forwarded messages don't allow you to expand the quote; you must use the "show message history" feature.
I'd like to see the email as it was originally sent, and in some cases this is basically impossible.

Absolutely the quote-selection-in-reply button is terrifically useful. Gmail used to have this but in G Suite as of mid-2019, it does not, so this would be a strong advantage for the new Outlook for the web. I would use this many times a day.

Agreed, the quote button was really helpful.
