outlook add ins such as "find time" are not available on New outlook web
Tracy Zepeda commented
To work efficiently in my work, I require the add-in to send emails and documents to my case files. With the update, I no longer have that option and I can no longer revert to the older version to continue to use this feature. Please allow add-ins on the new version of Outlook so I can continue to work without the add headache and time it takes now to do a very simple task.
Our admin add-in to send emails and documents to my case file is gone and it's extremely inconvenient that I cannot get this feature back or roll back my outlook update.
Please add the add in for Gardiant back to the online version of outlook.

Only 2 add-ins displayed after pressing |...| button, while more are marked as added in the "Manage add-ins"

Taking out the Outlook add in "send to case" renders outlook useless for me.

In the Outlook on Web Preview version it seems no add-ins designed to be available in a meeting request show up.
You should place often used add-ins back to the visible location on the email.
The buried menu makes it too difficult for users and makes the process of using the add-in much harder for them.
@thomas stocksdale is correct.
The add-ins are there, all right, but they are NOT discoverable. I bet the team would have liked to provide a set of known lmitations that said "we're implementing a "fav add-ins" functionality to allow users to pick which icons show up, and which are down in "others", but for now they are all in "others" until we get the UX added.
At any rate, please do this soon. Having a "beta" out there with very little change over the course of many months is just bad. Betas shoudl last only a month or, so until feedback is incorporated. Otherwise users just feel as if the team is not listening.

Our entire company uses the browser version of Outlook and when switching to the new Outlook, we have lost access to Send to Case feature. This does not work for us and we are advising our staff to NOT switch to the New Outlook.

Same here, our know-be-4 add in for anti-phishing that we use is no longer being deployed despite being configured correctly - this is only with the new outlook
FindTime and Dynamics 365 add-ins are missing in the "New Outlook".

Our business depends on the use of add-ins. please correct this.
I have add-ins to make managing email easier. I don't like that they have been buried in a menu structure now. Too difficult to get to.
I rely heavily on Asana. I just need to pull up that pain much easier like I can in the older version. Overall, the redesign looks great.

Our business relies on the add-ins to interact with our software program. Please make them available!!! Who's bright idea was this?
My Pexip plugin in new Outlook calendar cannot work well, it fails to load some resources from O365 server.

I can see my admin deployed add-in by clicking on the ellipsis in a message, for the lengthy menu to appear and may add-in is at the bottom. Considering this is to notify of a phishing email, this is hardly an improvement if you're asking users to take extra steps in the process. I want these in plain view to encourage users to use the add-in. Otherwise this is a backward step.

I don't see my add-ins on outlook. For example Hubspot Sales.

When can we expect a response to the downgrade in service offered?
