quick acces to automatic reply ?
In the new interface I never found a way to set my automatic reply. went back to the old format.
Automatic Replies MUST be an option in the quick settings toolbar for Outlook. I am not sure why changing your display settings is there and Automatic replies is not!
I've noticed some say they can't find the automatic reply. The old style had a quick menu under the settings gear, this is by far faster than having to search or dig to get to this option.

Harder to access Automatic replies from the settings tab, it is buried deeper. Make this setting very visible please

Creating a new mail message would by default select Automatic as my email account the email would be sent; I would then receive a notice that "User has no permission to send from this account". I had to click the "From" button and manually select my Office 365 work account email, then hit send again which worked. I don't want an extra step to select myself as default send and can not find in the settings where it can be changed. I understand that if I send on behalf of other users then it may be a great feature, but I think most of us compose and send email as our default selves. Switching back to original Office 365 Outlook web format. Normally I use my outlook from my PC, but am traveling and therefore using the web Office 365.
The Settings dropdown does not show "Automatic Replies," on the main screen. I had to search for it. What it does show in the dropdown are configuration items that would not be changed very often: Theme, Dark mode, Conversation view...these are not used by me as much as Automatic Replies.
I can't find were to put an away message in the new outlook. The old one was much easier to locate. It is very commonly used and should be easy to access not hidden in a bunch of random areas.
