I need to see the old emails when replying to an email thread so that I can respond either inline in the old email or extract bits of it to include in my email's body.
This is a basic functionity which has worked well for 15 years, why did Microsoft take this basic functionality away?
Email is a commodity utility application and should work like one, there is no need to refresh the interface or workflow just to make change for change's sake.

When forwarding or replying to emails, OWA now suddenly does no longer include the original email while I type my reply. I changed none of the settings and it is really annoying as I can not refer back to the email I am responding to. This is not about Conversation View which I have disabled since more than a year. This is about clicking reply or forward and not seeing underneath your signature the original email anymore.

need to know where the conversation left off if the last message was my reply, I should see that as the most recent message, regardless if I am in the "Inbox" - should not need to go to Sent to see my replies.

I have found this as well. Makes it hard to follow the thread from the beginning.

When forwarding a message, the original message does not appear to be included in the forwarding message.
When replying, the original message being replied to does not appear to be quoted, and there does not appear to be a way to quote the original message.
