Teams desktop is required to make a video call in Teams. If someone does not have the ability to download the Teams application, they can not utilize the video option in a Teams call.

Reply all by calendar invite is gone?? Are people not meeting anymore? And the best is when I can reply with Teams meeting!

If I have a recurring event, and add details specific to on day, those details don't appear in the new UI.

I toggle between the old and new version because the new one doesn't appear to have a print button with a pop up allowing me to change the time frame to print like the old version. Maybe I'm missing it though.

The new Outlook has lost the "approval" button within in the moderator email. The email comes asking for approval but no button to approve.

I'd love to be able to have my Flagged or Category-assigned email at the top of my inbox, similar to how Pinned emails work currently. The issue with Pinned emails is that it doesn't translate to the desktop or mobile apps, which severely limits the usefulness of the option.

We use OWA calendar event list in other web system. In old version, event detail is good, but in new version, it is displayed as monthly view.
(We use Office 365 and OWA.)

Border settings for inline images

I can not set the border of the inline image of the mail body.

Fix Show Subject First option. In the old outlook this worked when the preview pane was hidden. In the new OWA, when preview pane is hidden, the Sender is first , instead of the subject.

Our business uses SharePoint to store our shared Calendars and Contacts. Please consider the ability to view this content to the new Outlook on the web in the Calendar and People views. This will make our users extremely happy to be able to access the company info through Outlook on the web. Thanks.

The suggested/autofill for search doesn't seem to consistently work - it sometimes doesn't return autofill/suggestions as you start typing (or will only present suggested searches after you conduct a keyword search and click into the search box again) but sometimes does and when you start typing a contact it doesn't always return a search for messages from that sender.

Add button for appointment not found

When attempting to create a filter for a certain message with a particular subject line to go into a specific folder, I am unable to select a subfolder. Only the top level folders are displayed, which is NOT the complete list of folders in my mailbox. This is a huge step backwards, I need to be able to utilize nested folders and have routed messages go into these nested folders.

can't easily respond to an older email that is stacked with the new responses without the new responses seeing it. You eventually can but it takes some messing with... should be just push button.
