In Outlook on the Web for Office 365; When I open another person's mailbox and click on Notes, I see my notes instead of theirs.

I need to know how to apply the the suggested word/words given.
The word tab comes up, but there isn’t a tab to click.
I.ve tried everything to use the suggested words.
The tab Key is affectiVe on the laptop, but I don’t have that option on the IPad

Notes pane extends farther down than the scroll button will allow. So I have notes below the lower edge of the monitor I cannot access.

If the window width is too small, the Notes note list is cut-off by the main outlook navigation bar if it has been extended.

a shlink (you better know what that is) goes in every note. It is a beautiful suggestion and all will be happy if you do it.
