  2. "Mark as not Junk" is broken when the mailbox is added as shared in OWA

"Mark as not Junk" is broken when we try to remove an email from the junk folder when the mailbox is added as shared in OWA. But when we open it as another mailbox or in Outlook Desktop the option "mark as no junk" is working as expected.

  3. My Analytics is SPAM

My Analytics is sending me Spam constantly and that creates support tickets in our system. I don’t want to receive My Analytics emails on my inbox support@flowize.com, please, please, please. Can somebody remove my email from that list?

  4. To exclude spam from mail groups, you must add a white list!

At our university, students are constantly spamming their polls into the mails of many groups. They bypass the rules for links, recipients, or senders, which everyone configures for himself. Therefore, this feature is very important.

  6. Stop using ZapBL blocklist, as it is nothing but extortion

From what Office 365 Support says, emails are considered as spams by Outlook filters if the sending IP is in the ZapBL blocklist.
Many other DNSBL are far more trustworthy than ZapBL, like SpamHaus, SpamCop or Barracuda.
False positives with ZapBL are very frequent.
For example, they regularly blacklist the whole IP range 212.83.160.0/19 (8,192 IPs !) because of the single spammy IP 212.83.166.135.
You can check it via https://zapbl.net/lookup.php.
Consequently, all the neighbour IPs are regularly blacklisted at the same time, although they have nothing to do with this damned spammer !

Furthermore, if you want to get…

  8. Update the description in the Blocked Senders tab in Junk E-mail options

The description in the Blocked Senders tab says that E-mail from addresses or domain names on your Blocked Senders List will always be treated as junk e-mail. However, some emails actually will get quarantined as spam filtering actions will be applied to them depending on actions set for the spam filter. So, I would like you to add or update the explanation in the Blocked Senders tab to include description for the spam filtering actions.

  9. I should be able to block a whole group chat/100-500 people at a time.

People keep making group conversations/chats with me and spamming me with notifications. If I try delete it, the next time someone sends a message on the chat, it gets undeleted. This one particular chat that keeps annoying me has over 465 people in it. PLEASE, allow me to block the whole chat or at least all the participants in it.

  10. Reduce Reply All spam

Users almost never check the size of the audience when pressing the Reply All button. The consequence is that lots of spam messages that were intended for a small audience grows to everyone quickly.
A user configurable limit to the number of people, who will receive the message, above which a warning should be produced. A default limit of 100 shouldn't be too annoying as long as it can be configured away.

  11. Rules

I see an emails that went to junk. Find the ones which are not spam. Mark them as not spam. Then they go into inbox. Then I create a rule for them to be automatically go to other folders. As soon as I run the rule these emails go back to junk. Why?

  14. .farm TLD problem

Cannot add ".farm" TLDs as Safe Sender domains or email addresses; input is accepted and Save button works, then additions are silently ignored.

  15. Phising Messages Should be Deleted

If a message is marked as phising then it should be permanently deleted instead of sent to the deleted items folder.

  16. SCL and BCL column

SPAM is not as simple as a “yes” or “no” answer. Users should be able to add a column in Outlook to display the SCL and BCL values at a glance. Today it requires a good bit of knowledge and extra hoop jumping to examine the headers to get these details that can otherwise be very valuable to an end user trying to determine the value of an email.

  17. An address I have sent email to should never be marked as junk

If I send email to someone, their reply is, almost by definition, not spam. Very important and time-sensitive emails are going to my spam box.

This is a no-brainer hard rule. As an aside, when it comes to machine-learned spam classification, false positives are much, much worse than false negatives. False positives are missed deadlines and ruined relationships.

  18. Your phishing detection is garbage

I'm regularly getting multiple phishing emails that purport to be from Netflix/Apple ID.
They are OBVIOUSLY not when you look at the full sender address.
It's so easy to tell that they're not really from netflix that it feels like someone on your team must have taken a bribe to let this garbage through.

  20. There is a bug when marking spam in the web version of Outlook 365

There is a bug in the web version of Outlook 365 related to flagging email as Spam, or using Unsubscribe. Choosing to flag email using one of these methods removes the message from the Inbox temporarily but then these messages return to the Inbox the next time the page refreshes.
