junk email settings
Setting for automatic junk mail filtering is no longer in the Settings. You're stuck with it on or off until you go back to Old Outlook and go to those Settings. It's fairly hard to find even there.
Need to put that toggle switch back in.
Page for that setting in Old Outlook (which you can get to with this url without actually switching back to Old Outlook):

pop up ads
Since switching, I continue to get pop up ads. I hate that- especially since this is a work email account.

SCL and BCL column
SPAM is not as simple as a “yes” or “no” answer. Users should be able to add a column in Outlook to display the SCL and BCL values at a glance. Today it requires a good bit of knowledge and extra hoop jumping to examine the headers to get these details that can otherwise be very valuable to an end user trying to determine the value of an email.

Clutter box
Clutter function quit working. My inbox was flooded with emails that were going to Clutter. After a few days, I couldn't take it any longer.

spam block button on tooolbar
In the old version, when a user is in the Spam folder there was a direct button on the bar that would block the sender. Now, it is hidden in a drop down menu on the 'Not Junk' button.
It would be really great to get it back directly on the bar.

Add a spam folder.
I think there should be spam folder. First it asks you what type of emails you consider spam, then, whenever you recieve that email, it notifies you and it gets put in the spam flder.

Need way to mark a spam email and block at same time.
Need way to easily mark an email as spam - also to indicate if it might be nefarious and upon spam submission automatically block it.

Spam filter ignores reports as not-spam
Since starting to use Outlook/Exchange I have had a number of messages marked as spam that are actually quite important. I have been trying to train my filter to accept specific messages, but it ignores my reports! When I mark a message as not-spam and send (or don't send) a report, it will disappear from my spam box for ~5 seconds, and then re-appear, as apparently it has been re-filtered into spam.
I can repeat this multiple times on the same message, or on multiple different messages. I am unable to train the spam filter and explicitly marking messages as…

Messages I have set up rules for start going into spam at some point
I have rules set up for e.g. some newsletters I subscribe to. I works well and after some time, these emails start going into the spam box. It doesn't matter if I "report as not spam" or recreate the rule, they keep going into the spam. I'd rather if it didn't since the point of the rule was to not have to move every email manually to different folders.
