option: send or not send. We want to add a lot of meetings in a year calender for a group. We don't want to send invitations for these events. We just want to put them in the calender where everyone can see them.

How do I go back to an earlier version of a document? That option seems to have disappeared now.

BUG: Conflicting actions Message Close occupies same toolbar position as Calendar Item Reminder. Clicking Message Close inadvertantly opens calendar.
Remove the calendar reminder it is just visual clutter.

Clicking a category does not show any mails at all. The same if you search for a category and select it in the drop down with suggestions. You have to make the category a favorite and click it in the left panel to see the mails in it.

When showing multi-people schedules, I can't find who's schedule is on. The name labels were shown on early version.

The new outlook is extremely and PAINFULLY unresponsive. I estimated I spend 1.2 hours out of every day waiting for outlook to process the simple commands and be ready for a new command.

The word used now in outlook, "Avbryt" does not work for cancelling events, "Avbryt" only works in dialogs where you abort an operation. A better translation for this in Swedish would be "Ställ in"

when i set my language to Chinese(HKSAR), the whole interface change to simplified chinese. It should be traditional chinese instead of simplified chinese. People in Hong Kong read and write traditional chinese. I will appreciate if you could amend this

Can not print email messages as PDF as in the past!!

Why would you reduce the options for timers on the calendar? I can no longer ask for it to be four hours before the meeting. I cannot ask for a timer to wait for four or eight hours and I cannot customize it. SUPER FRUSTRATING. Why limit the choices!!

Securety Issue, I have several accounts office 365 in different organizations. After authorization with account organization 1, I open the profile settings page, but view setting account of another organization 2.

Something's wrong with the calendar list (left side menu) compared to desktop Outlook. The calendar groupings don't contain items that appear in several groupings. Some of my groupings, which are not empty on desktop, are empty here online, probably because the coding behind only allows for any given calendar to appear only once in the list - which is obviously not the way it's supposed to work.

I'm using the native comments system in Office 365 Web via SharePoint. I'm also using Outlook 365 Web as my primary email client. Whenever I get a notification that a team member has made a comment in one of our collaborative documents, it's tagged in the title as SPAM. These are all Microsoft products. Surely you can do better at integrating between products.

Chrome gives seemingly inaccurate warning dialogue boxes about "are you sure you want to leave this page, changes may not be saved". Most of the time it seems as if nothing is active or unfinished on the page. This even happens when switching between the inbox and calendar.

Download multiple images from email at the same time. I was unable to find a way to do this.

I want to delete all files on One Drive and the help feature provides no information on how to do this. I would prefer the Outlook never saved documents to One Drive, but I have no control over my own settings as a student using a college account.
