You might enjoy the new Outlook experience more with a few changes to your settings, which you can find by clicking the gear icon. Try changing the setting for Conversation view to Off, changing the setting for Reading pane to Hide, and changing the setting for Attachment preview to Off.
We’re always interested in new ideas, but we need some more specific feedback to fix the problem for you. If you have more detailed suggestions, please update your idea or add a new one.

Intellectual Property/Microsoft Feedback...
I am somewhat aware of this but only somewhat agree. If you put yourself out here, if you take the risk of sharing your idea with a company and they use that idea and the implementation attracts and/or retains new business customers (already difficult with Microsoft considering their sheer size of business utilization - but do consider individual consumer (personal email) utilization, you may risk your own intellectual property rights. Server Cache Error - Rare or Common (Definition)
If you found an email in your deleted items folder that was 2 years old and had your tax documents attached how would you or we (Microsoft customers/consumers), address that? Particularly if you happened to find that when in the process of looking for an email related to a major credit bureau breach. In this case I would like more definition/clarification from Microsoft as a company (not just Outlook and Tech Support who see the issue differently). Please further define for customers what a server cache error is for any customers who observed this issue with their account. Thank You.

Outlook Support - New Ticket vs. Re-opening old ticket.
Do we (Microsoft customers/consumers who notice and/or consider utilizing this feedback system) think Microsoft Outlook support should be able to create a new ticket for us when we send them an email and it re-opens a new ticket? Multi message select on touchscreen
So, if the new interface is so good, why can't I multi-message select and then delete on an iPad in a browser any more? Seems I have to swipe each message one by one. That is certainly not a step forwards.

issue
I have a couple issues that occur quite frequently and its become quite annoying to use hotmail.
1/ I click and open an email and when I hit reply - before being able to write text, it automatically sends a blank reply to the sender.
2/ when I select 1 email to delete, it jumps and deletes another email in error. I am forever finding emails (I am still working on) in my deleted folder. Very frustrating0 votes -

I like Larger space for email and title. Simple and clear.
I am very happy that you have returned to the original larger email format where I can click on the title and have larger space for email. Column for ads is smaller. Very good. I also like you listing emails by day and month so at a glance I can see when the email was received by me.
