  1. Items in the Recoverable Folder are not searchable.

Recoverable Folder should be available in the Search Bar. Outlook should show it just as it does for other folders.

  2. Glitch?

    Hi there,

I was logged into one hotmail account of mine, and tried to log into another within another tab. When I did, it sent a code to the hotmail tab I had open. Instead of me then using that code to login to my second account, it entirely switched my hotmail without putting in the code.

Not sure if that is a glitch, or it just knew I already had the code. Sending it as feedback regardless.

  3. Need email reminders that are both custom AND recurring

When setting up an email reminder for a calendar entry, why can’t I choose the exact number of days prior to the event that I will receive the reminder? I can choose a date with the custom option, but then that reminder will only work for that entry, not future recurring entries. I can also choose the default options, but I need reminders that are more specific. Why isn’t this an option?

  4. Sweep folder list dysfunctional

The list of folders shown by Sweep are nonsensically displayed. The user would expect to see the list ordered either by the most used folders, or the last used folders. The current method likely has some logic to it, but it seems bogus and not useful.

  5. Needs new code to be written

If the Source message info reads Result: NONE or FAIL the fraudulent, phishing or Junk email should never get through to the OUTLOOK recipient. New code should be written so that the aforementioned result is accomplished.

  6. Entry of time in calendar event session

Outlook for desktop, Google web calendar allow users to have quick input of the time without the need to include a semi-colon, e.g. 0958, 1452, 2207.

The system understand the input and automatically convert to proper presentation after the input cursor left the column.

I wish this features can be included as part of the next update of Outlook on the web.

Did you hire a saboteur from Google? How did you manage to ***** up the best email on the internet. After the last update Outlook online has become totally unpredictable and unreliable.

  11. Your 'block' doesn't work

Block means block. It should get kicked back to the sender as an invalid e-mail address. The goal is to make my address unattractive to spammers. A bad e-mail address means they remove it from their system. Removing it from their system means they don't share it with other spammers.

If Block only reroutes it to the trash bin, this is nothing but a glorified spam filter. So quit deceiving your users and actually Block the trash we want blocked

  14. HATE Hidden Sidebar...

Sick and tired of you hidden sidebar in my Outlook email. Do you know how much more wor I have to do to get to my emails? I do surveys and sign petitions and am in my emails constantly for hours. Hacing to do all of this in full screen has taken a toll on my eyes. My eye doctor says to not do that anymore. How can I CONSTANTLY click for the sidebar, scroll down to where my email aliases are, then click the email. I am so angry that we cannot just do one click to hide the…

I delete a junk email and get a screen that says I need to "select an item to read". Why? That is not how it was before I got windows 10. Something so small and benign is now so ******* annoying!!!!!!!!!! It is adding up. Why is this happening??????

  20. Junk Email filter is very poor- somewhere between 40 and 60% accurate- Effectively DATA LOSS

After having countless accounts of being told that I had been sent something that wasn't in my inbox or junk folder, I started to hone in on exactly how much in the Junk folder was in fact junk. As it turns out, over a given week, somewhere between 40% and 60% of the emails are not junk. Thing I found included work email, personal family email, invoices from contractors I'm working with, updates from items I have 'subscribed to changes' on; and often I will get the exact same sender to have some mail in the inbox, some to the…
