How can I sync outlook contacts on android phone without having google account. I know there is a one time method to export contacts from outlook to csv file and then import them into the Contacts app. But how can I enable synchronization so whenever I add a new contact to outlook it will appear in my android contacts or another way around adding contact into my phone will appear in my outlook people list.
