Allow outlook.com to handle correctly any item that is forwarded from fat client outlook as an attachment (in Outlook format which is usually a specialised .msg or .eml file, or in open standards format i.e. vcf, ics)

This includes Contacts, Contact Groups, Tasks, Notes, Journals, folder posts. As part of this, enhance "consumer" version of outlook.com to support missing document types available in corporate version

Also make this bidirectional, enhance outlook.com to allow forwarding any of these in fat client outlook format as well as open standards file formats

Expected behaviour for attachments is clicking will pop a dialogue box to allow confirmation off adding the item to the relevant folder.
