Need Safe Sender Button
It is NOT functional that, every time I want to add an email address to the Safe Sender list for an email that has ended up in the Junk email folder when it is NOT supposed to be there that I have to (1) highlight and copy the email address, which often takes a few times because of the automatic pop-up that occurs when you hover over the address; (2) click on the settings button; (3) click on View All Outlook Settings; (4) click on Junk; (5) click on Add; (6) type or copy and paste the email address in; (7) hit Enter; (8) click Save; and (9) move the email to my Inbox. This is WAY too lengthy of a process that could be EASILY solved by adding a "Safe Sender" button as an option and having those email be automatically moved to the inbox and then addresses automatically saved to the Safe Sender list.

This is the feature I came to find & upvote. I will note: If you highlight the domain name of the address and the pop-up blocks your view, you can still do a Ctrl-C to copy what you selected and it will work. That pop-up makes an awful task even more difficult.
Years ago, Hotmail had the option to add the sender to the Safe Senders list, and you had an option to add the e-mail address or the domain.
The other issue is that you can add example.com but if the email comes from mail.example.com you need to go in and add that as well. There seems to be no way to add *.example.com (although there used to be).
