New Search bar location doesn't work for me.
I really don't like the new location of the Search bar in Outlook. I wish we had more control over these things. Not every idea is a good one and Microsoft's propensity for trying to control everyone's user experience is what drives users to Apple.
Move the search bar back to its location...

Please provide users the option to move the search bar back to where it was
It should be closer to the inbox - like where it was before. Putting it by itself on top of the page makes it hard to find and it looks unrelated and unconnected to everything else. It doesn’t make any sense up there.

It's crazy that opening it covers the buttons for quick searches.

I think the search bar should be closer to the content under the ribbons.

The Search in Outlook now is horrible, clunky, time-consuming and generally a pain in the neck. Please put it back to the way it was before. I've been using the mail app on my iphone (not outlook) to search emails now. HELP.

I truly despise the change. Please at least give me a choice to put it back where it was originally.
The drop-down of the new search bar covers up the search options in the ribbon.
Now I just have to either type what I want in full or hope the autofill gets it right. I can't just click the "from" button, type the address and click the "has attachment" button.
I absolutely HATE the new search bar! It is not intuitive and VERY inconvenient!!! Not sure why this was ever changed in the first place!!!
It takes to much dropdown clicks to search the mail content. And it is still nog fast and accurate. Better listen to your audience and roll it back.

I am very disappointed with the new location for the Search Bar. It has slowed my work down. Can someone please answer why you would move it there?

I support this suggestion, I have the same issue with outlook especially when I try to drop and drag email or word to search for, Now is not a lot like before. it is better to return back to its original location
I dislike this SOOOOOOOO MUCH. I didn't like it when you moved it months ago, and now that it is on the far right, it is even harder to use. I liked it located in the vicnity of my emails so I could quickly change search criteria if needed, now I am constantly going back and forth. What a waste of time. It also covers parts of the search.
please please please change this back.
Seach bar is no longer at the right place. I really don't like the new location of the Search bar in Outlook.
it was usefull before. Now, it is just hard to work with it and be efficient!
please move it back to it's original place
I'm quite disappointed the location of the search bar was changed. It is much better to have it located back where it was. I use it ALL the time and need it front and center. Note: when I click on the search bar, it automatically displays a drop down. Since it is now on top, the drop down covers the selection options of "from" and "subject" - so I have to click again and then click on my selection button. It just makes no sense. Truly hoping you fix this issue...

Being able to easily search my mail was one of top three reasons for using Outlook. Who complained about the former tool? Doesn't Microsoft understand that "Less is More"? I don't need this program to "suggest" searches for me! I already know what I am looking for! Now, get your bleeping drop-down menu out of my way and let me find it.
I absolutely hate it. I cannot cut and paste. I have a server and do not use One Drive so I have O365 search bar turned off in Word, Excel, ect. I can still use l use Ctl + F to search in those programs. It blocks 20% of the page when its open.
everytime I log in I have to change my password because it says it s wrong but it **** same thing is happening with Skype which I use this email why?
Have'n like 10% of all users complained about this? Don't only 10% of all users express anything vocally? That should be your first clue you need to fix this ASAP.

Arrrrrrgh... I already complained, and then reading the other complaints I realize you cannot "paste" into the search bar.
Someone needs to be fired.
