New Search bar location doesn't work for me.
I really don't like the new location of the Search bar in Outlook. I wish we had more control over these things. Not every idea is a good one and Microsoft's propensity for trying to control everyone's user experience is what drives users to Apple.
I absolutely HATE the new search bar! It is not intuitive and VERY inconvenient!!! Not sure why this was ever changed in the first place!!!
It takes to much dropdown clicks to search the mail content. And it is still nog fast and accurate. Better listen to your audience and roll it back.

I am very disappointed with the new location for the Search Bar. It has slowed my work down. Can someone please answer why you would move it there?

I support this suggestion, I have the same issue with outlook especially when I try to drop and drag email or word to search for, Now is not a lot like before. it is better to return back to its original location
I dislike this SOOOOOOOO MUCH. I didn't like it when you moved it months ago, and now that it is on the far right, it is even harder to use. I liked it located in the vicnity of my emails so I could quickly change search criteria if needed, now I am constantly going back and forth. What a waste of time. It also covers parts of the search.
please please please change this back.
Seach bar is no longer at the right place. I really don't like the new location of the Search bar in Outlook.
it was usefull before. Now, it is just hard to work with it and be efficient!
please move it back to it's original place
I'm quite disappointed the location of the search bar was changed. It is much better to have it located back where it was. I use it ALL the time and need it front and center. Note: when I click on the search bar, it automatically displays a drop down. Since it is now on top, the drop down covers the selection options of "from" and "subject" - so I have to click again and then click on my selection button. It just makes no sense. Truly hoping you fix this issue...

Being able to easily search my mail was one of top three reasons for using Outlook. Who complained about the former tool? Doesn't Microsoft understand that "Less is More"? I don't need this program to "suggest" searches for me! I already know what I am looking for! Now, get your bleeping drop-down menu out of my way and let me find it.
I absolutely hate it. I cannot cut and paste. I have a server and do not use One Drive so I have O365 search bar turned off in Word, Excel, ect. I can still use l use Ctl + F to search in those programs. It blocks 20% of the page when its open.
everytime I log in I have to change my password because it says it s wrong but it **** same thing is happening with Skype which I use this email why?
Have'n like 10% of all users complained about this? Don't only 10% of all users express anything vocally? That should be your first clue you need to fix this ASAP.

Arrrrrrgh... I already complained, and then reading the other complaints I realize you cannot "paste" into the search bar.
Someone needs to be fired.

This is the dumbest thing I have seen Microsoft do in a long time.
Really dislike the new search bar location.

I have had 3 users now who have been moved to this awful search bar feature, and when they try and use it, it shows an error that states "It looks like there's a problem with your network connection." then they have to click on "Let's look on your computer Instead". Multiple users now. The new search is broken and no one wants it.

I agree there needs to be a selection option where it is... It was way good where it was and was not distracting with contrasting color. Now it is horrible looking, I am not even sure how it passed QA at all...
This new feature is absolutely horrible.
1. The search box BLOCKS the search ribbon and inbox (seriously? Why would I want a pop up getting in the way of my outlook windows?!)
2. The search box is too far away from the inbox. It looks clunky and as far as usability goes it makes me less efficient.
More voters here have the same concerns:
******* FIX THE ******* SEARCH BAR YOU MOVED, AND WE CAN'T RIGHT CLICK PASTE.

The new search feature in outlook is hated by everyone I have talked to. I am finding forum after forum of people complaining about it. I am starting to get calls from my clients who are having a terrible time using it. We should have the option to revert to the old method at least.
