Email from senders I have emailed are clearly not junk, yet end up in Junk folder
2 options --let me decide ONCE until I say otherwise that a sender is ok. Or for heaven's how hard can it be to write an algorithm that allows email from a sender to whom I have sent email??? My "Junk" folder often contains more than 50% mail that I want to receive -- and from repeated correspondents who I have designated as "not junk" repeatedly

Just started using office 365 and all my incoming emails get send to junk. So far 100% of junk flags have been false. That's unacceptable. I need a way to disable junk filter.

What is wrong with you? Junk sent to Inbox and legit email sent to junk? Get your **** together microsucks.
Same here. Just today I sent an email and received an automated reply that the mailbox was no longer in use, something which I could have done with knowing immediately. Unfortunately, the reply ended up in junk, despite coming from the same address I had just emailed, and I didn't see it for several hours.
I have been using Hotmail/Outlook.com for over 20 years. The junk mail detection algorithm that Outlook uses is very troublesome - allowing very clear phishing (email addresses that don't match the purported sender) into the inbox, and sending mail that is clearly legitimate (people whom I have emailed) to spam. I wish that Microsoft could address this issue to make it easier to avoid clicking on a nefarious link and not have to go digging through spam for hotel bookings, reservations, etc.
1. If I set a rule to send an address to a folder, I expect it to be followed, and not occasionally have an item with an identical address go to junk mail. Fix the rules app.
2. If I get an email from the WHITE HOUSE or other government agency, it should never go to junk mail unless I've very specifically set a rule for it to go to junk mail. Otherwise, FOX News is correct on its conspiracy theories, and MS is in on it.

We isolated the issue and found that, the generating Service (Office 365) is not marking the outbound email as Spam. The emails are not going through HRDP pool either.
The emails are only being marked as Spam by Hotmail Servers. Also, when we send email to any other Mail Server it is not being marked as Spam.
We see that the Blank emails are also being marked as spam, so it is not the content of the email which is causing the issue.
We can conclude that the issue is with the Hotmail server which is marking the Email as Spam. We would advise you to contact the Hotmail Support Team for further investigation.
We tried contacting you to get an update on the case. However, we were unable to reach you. We understand that you might be busy with other obligations which are preventing you to contact us.
