Outlook Calendar new reminder settings (ex: set as 5 minutes) are always default to 15 Minute for external meetings and delegate
functional changes - Outlook Calendar new reminder settings (ex: set as 5 minutes) are always default to 15 Minutes. Please see below test scenarios.
1) User C is external and sends an invitation to User A in Office 365. User A receives the invitation in calendar with 15 mins as reminder [default Exchange] disregarding user A default reminder, which is not correct.
2- User B is a delegate to User A calendar :
2-1 User B creates a meeting in User A calendar >>> Invitations will be received with the default reminder of User B (Organizer) disregarding user A reminder, which is not correct.
2-2- User B creates a meeting in his own calendar and invites user A >>> User A will receive the invitation with 15 mins reminder [default exchange] disregarding his own default reminder, which is not correct.
2-3- If user B changes the reminder to another value before sending the invitations, meeting will be shown with the new (changed value) in user A’s calendars, which is not correct.
3- User D and E are using outlook with different default reminders(normal users). If user D sends an invitation to user E, user E will receive reminder based on his own default reminder value, which is correct
