Customize "Left Pane"
Enable editing of the "Left Pane" so that users can remove unused features like "Files" and "Notes" from "Mail".

I would like to remove some folders from the left pane of my Live Mail. I do not use Snoozed, Archive, Notes, or News. I would like the option to delete them or at least to not display them.
