    I have the same issue as well! Not sure why Microsoft doesn't care about minute details.

    I don't know if MS is paying any attention to this forum anymore, but anyway...
    There is some problem with Microsoft accounts and pictures/avatars in Windows 10. I could be logged into one Outlook account and still see the avatar for another one linked to the computer, one I was not logged into. Then my avatars started disappearing. And if I did have an outlook mail account opened, and then went into Microsoft Answers forum, it no longer registered with the account I was logged in with, or if it did, it no longer showed the avatar. Showing an avatar for an account I was not logged into was the WORST. Because it confused me. All this has more to do with MS Outlook accounts under Win 10 and not so much with the new Outlook program. But YES, IT REALLY NEEDS FIXING.
