Junk-Mail -> to safe list
Can´t add a "junk-mail" to "save List". All mails turn into Junk-Mail :( no matter how often I change it :(
I have safe senders going to my spam/junk folder even after I add them to the list. And even when I create rules or sweep (rules) to prevent them from going to my junk folder or for that matter to my inbox directly they still land in the junk folder.

For weeks I have designated e-mails from TRUSTED vendors and services as NOT JUNK, But your filter continues to designate them as JUNK. I lose a great deal of time having to go through junk mail to make sure that none of my e-mails are there! Fix the filter!

I have the same issue. I can repeat "No Junk Mail" a hundred times, the next mail from the same sender lands in the Junk Mail folder :-(
