Reasons for which an email is marked as "junk"
I have had many cases of non-autogenerated useful emails from genuine human senders getting filtered out from the inbox to the "junk email" folders.
I would like it very much if there was some way to know what reason in particular "triggered" the filter, for each email. With something like this, one could easily signal to the sender what caused his or her email to be filtered out.
Mails from our potential customers ends in junk folder. There is no explanation why and what they should do to avoid this behaviour. What I should say them? There is no problem with Gmail or other free mail services.
Many of my daily newsletters go into junk. Each day I mark them as not junk. Will this go on indefinitely. I subscribed to Outlook two months ago but am considering changing.
