Add an option to sync contacts with Google Contacts along with their profile pictures.
Currently, only Yahoo! Mail does have that option, but it comes in really handy at times.

Messages from Google users should reveal their Google account avatar/profile image. Currently, I only get a colored circle with initials in it - sort of pointless. Other 3rd party apps are able to do this, as Google has a well documented API for calling user profile images. Please implement this in Outlook - both in the mail view (for non contacts) and People view (for contacts added from an inbound message).

Already it is absurd that you can not link Google contacts with outlook and you should import them, but even that method does not work correctly following exactly the procedure indicated in https://support.office.com/en-us/article/import-contacts-to-outlook-com-285a3b55-8d93-4ac8-93df-43fffd13b2f1?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US (with a procedure that could really be done by Outlook.com the server if the case!!
Exporting - as outlook csv - contacts from Google Contacts and then editing everything with Excel as indicated and saving everything as csv-UTF8, when trying to upload them to outlook it is said that the file format is incorrect and verify that it has been exported The Outlook csv format (which I did).
If you import the file as downloaded from Google without changing it with excel as indicated in the help, the contacts are uploaded, but only the emails are recognized as such while all other info (e.g. phone, address) sell put in notes!!!
Using Gmail, Google Contact, and Calendar is very common: how can Outlook not adapt to support them? Even the Google Calendar can only be used for reading which is absurd!
