Blocking e mails by domain and sender should be quick and easy-its not. Please put the 2 options together, ie block send and or domain.
Blocking domain and sender should be quick and easy-its not. Please put the 2 options together, ie block send and or domain.
You can do this by right-clicking on an email and selecting “Block”. There is now an option to choose “Block all emails from this sender” which should help solve your issue!

I'm constantly getting junk mail such as firstname.lastname@example.org. the X's are always changinging to different symbols so it's never really blocked. Why isn't there an option to block EVERYTHING from contoso.com. I'm especially disturbed about the sexually graphic subject lines promising me things such as a larger ****.

Please give us the option to right click and block the domain that is sending junk mail, not just the specific email.

I get a LOT of SPAM from addresses like email@example.com. If I could make a rule for sending addresses containing ???? to junk, 80% of the junk in my inbox would be gone. But ASCII characters are not allowed for "Sender address includes" in the rule. I get the error "Couldn't create rule. An SMTP e-mail address can only contain ASCII characters." Or maybe just block all incoming addresses with non ASCII characters?
Yes, please add "block domain" to the right click menu. ASAP. Thank you.
New strings of junk mail from accounts at several bogus domains *****.org.uk not blocked. Looks like Outlook does not recognize these *****.org.uk domains as domain. Please fix!!!!

We need to be able to block emails entirely so they cannot send messages to us.

@dosoinfo.com is a spam site that is filling up my junk & inbox with spam email. Please, make it stop. I use my email for account registrations and business. I should not be seeing these spam bots. You need to bounce back anyone with the @dosoinfo.com handle.
I'd like to know why the following spammer keeps being able to spam me despite multiple attempts to block them. The address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
The address shows as being in my blocked senders, but your system still allows it through.

When a mail is set as Phishing, that should automatically added to block list. Also there should not be any limit for blocking mails/domains.

I get that annoying spam every day for 4 months, inbox and unwanted.
I get a different email address, outlook has no option to block by domain?
example @ 123.com?
That will definitely block.
I also never have an icloud or apple account, that is very frustrating, I have had the email since 2001 I don't want to close it, but that spam has made me fed up!

Not sure what change you made recently but I use to be able to block spam email easily now I have to report it. This cost me and you more time. can we go back to the way it use to be. I have gotten quadrupedal the spam mail since you changed what ever changes you made. What a hassle. Please for the love of simplicity!!!! Thanks Long Time User.....
