I'd also welcome a quicker way to add people to the Safe Senders and Domains list. (Implemented as Never Block Sender in Outlook for desktop.)
That should happen automatically as a consequence of marking an email as not spam in my opinion.

Yes. If I have already said either "move all to focused" or "move all to other", Outlook should not move incoming email to junk.

After a few months of experience, I don't like filtering emails for spam at all. Harmless mail ends up in the spam folder. Even emails from Microsoft end up there, such as the mails to the Office app. Can I influence that? As it is now, the Office subscription is not an option for another year.

Most of my emails are being redirected to Spam instead of inbox. Pleaase, fix this problem we ALL have. We are loosing A LOT of important emails due to the misfunction of the spam filter. OR give us control. I'd rather turn off spam filter and get ALL the emails in my inbox than how is working today.

I just checked my 'Junk' folder and ALL 19 EMAILS were legitimate emails from senders I signed up to receive! I have previously added all of them to 'Safe Senders', but these fuckwits just keep marking them as junk anyway! Got to get another email provider, one that actually takes notice when I mark an email as 'Not Spam' AND add it to my Safe Senders list! MORONS!

You are marking far too many genuine emails as spam. One regular one is my local authority. . Is there anything I can do to identify acceptable emails for you?

What is the use of having a Feedback page when no one answers it?
This has been a long time problem of Hotmail/live and should be resolved.

Today your idiot 'junk' filter put two emails in Junk -- one from an email address x@nsw.gov.au and one from x@parliament.ns!
On what planet are OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT email addresses 'junk'? MORONS!

Agree. I also have friends using mail.com that I have marked as safe senders and they are being screened by Microsoft and undeliverable on the sender's side. The person is responding to mail I have initiated on my end. If this continues I will need to leave for gmail.

Same problem. It's like the spam filter is getting dumber. I keep marking the same emails as "not junk", but yet they keep going to my spam folder! I'm about ready to switch to Gmail

There are some emails that I mark as not junk that are put back into the junk file two seconds laterand the only way to to take them out is to eliminate them which is not always convenient

I just checked the contents of my spam folder. Literally every email in there is a legitimate email. There are zero spam emails in my spam folder. Why do we have a spam folder if you are only going to put legitimate emails in there? Why does marking it as not being spam not work?

Not spam means Not spam commented
Obvious spam was being delivered to my inbox so I changed to approved senders only. Now, even after adding addresses to my safe sender list and marking them as not spam, messages are still getting sent to the spam folder. How many time do I need to add FedEx tracking to my safe sender list and mark as "not junk" before they will be reliably delivered to my inbox. This email service has become aweful in the last 6 months.

It seems the political emails keep being marked as spam. Sorry if I don't have YOUR viewpoints, censoring ANYONE is fascism.

yes please. this is really annoying to keep marking the same emails as not junk just for them to keep going to the junk box. It's almost as if they just go by what you have deleted. i don't need to keep 90% of my emails. just because i delete it doesn't mean it's junk.
