QUIT MARKING EMAIL SPAM AFTER I HAVE SAID THEY ARE NOT SPAM
QUIT PUTTING EMAILS IN SPAM FOLDER AFTER I HAVE SAID THEY ARE NOT SPAM!!!!!
1000 % onboard with this one. This isn't rocket science. If I say something isn't spam it's not. Jeesh, these are emails from Chase for goodness sakes.

There is not ONE day that I don't have to go through the Junk E-mail folder to retrieve messages that I have marked as NOT JUNK! Most of these are of a political (conservative) nature. I also participate in your program to identify whether or not a particular message is spam or not. I KNOW what is spam and expect THAT to be in the spam folder! Get this fixed!
Wish I could vote on this a few thousand times!
This has been going on for for almost 2 months now. If Microsoft knows they have a problem, why don't they either fix it or go back to the previous version?
I agree with Sean. I keep marking a certain sender safe, but the emails still go to the junk.

Marking an email as not junk should automatically mark the sender as safe, this is ridiculous. The spam filter should adjust based on user feedback. I honestly would rather not have a spam filter at all than this ****
This is happening way too much!!
Someone better stop putting email messages in the junk folder
after they have been marked to the safe sender list several times!!!!
I don't have that problem with Gmail - why Outlook???
yes yes yes! How are they ignoring it. This is going to cost me money. I have emails going into junk that I mark "not junk" , and then guess what, they keep going into junk. What is the deal ! Get a fix for this outlook. You guys should be better than this.
I emailed with Outlook support about this very issue from Jan. 17 - Feb. 6, 2020 and every email since then has been ignored by Outlook. I think they just gave up. I do not get ANY emails in my INBOX anymore. Everything, even safe senders, are sent directly to my JUNK EMAIL folder but Outlook Support has been non-responsive.
I wish I could vote for this 1000x
Totally agreed with joe_ammeter and James. Why have rules for e-mail when it being ignored time after time?
Safe sender list means nothing to outlook.....I also hate depending on if you are Iphone, outlook.com or outlook the actual software program - the rules do not seem to sync and things get put into junk that are not and vice versa - so weird that the settings do not sync thru the whole account.
Why have Safe Senders if they're just going to be ignored??!
I am getting the same thing on one particular email. Everytime I mark it not junk, the next time its in my junk folder. This is getting very annying
I found an email from my wife in the junkmail folder. I mark things not junk all the time and still find new emails from the sender marked not junk in my junk folder. Does Microsoft spend any effort on it's junk filter?
The other thing I've seen is that SOME of the emails go to Inbox, some to Spam, even though they are coming from the same email address/domain that I've previously marked as 'not spam/not junk'.
I've never had to so routinely look at my Junk folder since there are plenty of valid emails there.

I mark them as not spam, but they still are put in spam folder
OMG totally agree! i even add the email addresses as VIP as Outlook STILL moves them to junk! what is up with that?
Issues with the junk folder are making outlook miserable for me. Most emails from my wife go into junk, and even though I try to check regularly, I still miss emails from her. Clicking 'not junk' does not help. Making a special rule to put her emails in my inbox has no effect.

As if legitimate emails go to junk and junk goes straight to inbox. Even an Unicredit phishing which guess what, was not from unicredit domain. Hopefully i am not an Unicredit user else Microsoft would be paying my losses.
