Problem with Safe Senders list
Several e-mails that are on my Safe Senders list are going into either my Junk Email folder or Deleted Items folder. That often causes me to miss messages I specifically programmed Outlook to go into my Inbox. I'm at my wit's end trying to figure out how to fix it!

I have a sender in my safe sender list. I always used to get emails, but for past few days I’m not receiving and they are not even going into junk or deleted? I’m just not getting them at all??
My safe sender list if full of addresses I didn't put there. How can I delete all of them at once, rather than one-at-a-time? and put nearly all of them on my Blocked address list -- NOT one-at-a-time? and prevent the Safe list from repopulating itself?

It used to work! Now all my emails from a safe sender if always going in junk folder. I even tried to add rules but it doesn't work! Checked blocked list and they're not there so why is this happening?

Safe senders is a joke.
All mail received from people on my contacts list are being sent to junk mail, even after I've moved them from junk to inbox and then added them to safe senders.
Oh for the old 'Hotmail'.

Hotmail is sending Safe Senders to my Deleted folder. (I have triple checked they are in my safe senders list) It is extremely annoying, especially when this is a Payment.
I have to Repeatedly create a rule to NOT send to Deleted and move to the correct inbox.

Junk filter is not working. As many good messages as junk are ending up in the junk folder while obvious junk is in my Inbox. This is getting worse by the day. Safe senders does not work at all, as many end up in junk anyway. The forum is full of similar complaints. Please fix soon!
