Add an Indicator for mail that's being sweep'ed
I receive a lot of promotion/newsletter emails that just aren't useful after the period expire. These emails (with a lot of large size images) then accumulate and are basically wasting storage space in the cloud. For that reason I use sweep and only keep the latest 10 emails. However, to avoid going to trash newsletter/promotion senders use the tactic to change the 'from' email and/or 'subject' message every now and then to circumvent predefined rules. This tactic defeats my sweeping and the intent to save the cloud from collecting junk. It would be great if outlook can add an icon or at least give an optional icon next to the mail in the reading pane or the email list indicating that that email is being sweep'ed. That way i can ignore it butif i dont see the icon indicating it being sweep'ed i can quickly start sweeping it. its good for me as well as msft, a win-win situation. In addition it would be good if the sweep list in settings could show the date it was last used. this way if a rule hasn't been used for a while it can be deleted.
Wold it it possible to have tags in sweeped emails so we know which ones have already been selected for sweep?

In the Inbox, please add a little icon next to emails that I have sweep rule configured for so I can easily see which ones I need to add sweep rules for if necessary
