Too much junk / spam: Junk folder becoming to inundated
20 year user moving to new platform. Flooded my junk box with advertisements now I have to search for any emails that may be of value to me that don't automatically filter to my inbox. It's a shame.

Is anyone there??????? How much negative feedback does it take to get some action!!!!!!!!
dammit. Why doesnt Outlook remember my options for junk/spam. Every day i have to select "no junk/spam" for the same sender.
Do not even bother wasting your time with Hotmail.

why do I have to type in the email I want to block, Why I can't I just block like before...?!!!
Hi, I had a recent issue where I am receiving more and more junk and was told to report these by using the Block feature so their score is damaged and I do not receive anymore spam emails. It would appear that I have reached some sort of limit and I cannot block any more spam senders? Why all these limitations?
Junk mail exceeding normal email. Lately, I have been receiving a lot of junk mail and it does not seem to help to make any actions to stop that from happening. There is almost 3 times more junk mail than normal email. Almost all junk mail goes to the junk mail folder, but still I have to go through it, just in case there is no real mail among it. This is very frustrating and time consuming every day and I have to start thinking of switching to Gmail instead. Is there anything that can be done????!!!
Obviously *.icu email domain is junk, and hotmail still put them into my junk box, what for? and please allow user to block email domain like putting down *.icu. If you can't do it, at least you let your users do it!!!!!!!!
I'm furious about all the newsletter spam. And block feature is not working. may be moving email to another provider soon
Blocking function is junk, not working.
New FEEDBACK BUT SAME PROBLEM: SPAM. WHY ARE YOU KEEP SENDING TO INBOX JUST BECAUSE THE TITLE IS: NETFLIX!? DO US A FAVOR: READ ALL THE OLD FEEDBACK!!
REVERT TO FUNCTIONAL HOTMAIL!!
P.S.: also, WHY EVEN TOUGH I SENT SPAM TO GARBAGE WHEN I BLOCK IT DOES NOT DELETE ANYMORE? WHY DOING EVERYTHING SO DIFFICULT...
Way too much spam and ineffective way of assisting with this process of blocking- way poorer service every year
So, you all at Microsoft decide that you don't like people complaining about the failed block "feature," that EVERYONE now hates, so you remove the thread and put it under "This idea is awaiting moderator approval???" Seriously!? Wow, all you all seem to know how to do anymore is tick everybody off and drive them to other email companies. Companies who actually CARE about their customers and keep their services working PROPERLY! I mean, really, do the people who work for you company get paid by how many stupid ideas they can come up with which make everything WORSE for people and not better??? The block feature was working JUST FINE but no, you couldn't possibly leave it alone, you had to "fix" it by breaking it and taking something which was ONE STEP and making it into two or three steps. Are you determined to go back to the Dark Ages?! Put it back the way it was!!!
spam folder is really out of control in the last couple of months!

I agree and the block feature is either broken or nnon-functioning
new system does not work AT ALL fix it
just want to say that when someone BLOCKS an email because it is junk why not try blocking their titles that it is coming under instead of the senders...that way there will not be so much junk mail going through..... i am getting tired of blocking the same **** they are trying to spam me that i am considering using another server instead of any product Microsoft has to offer ....
The new blocking update does not work
You block then delete -- the so called blocked item still returns
Return to the original blocked software as this new and improved does not work.
Why do users ever see emails from such obvious scam addresses like "Fidelity Life <2iYSGYlw@2iYSGYlw2iYSGYlw.com>." Users should never be exposed to such emails, even if the email goes to the junk folder.
