Outlook - Two mornings in a row (back-to-back) of updates and Outlook still won't let me block Senders of Junk/Spam email! When will Microsoft correct this issue?
Sara Ward commented
Hi again Mustaqeem,
So the same issue is back.
You told me you had blocked this sender - and all emails with "maersk shipping" from the back end, to TWO of my email addresses - this one @hotmail.com and my other one @hotmail.com
However today i received the same email to BOTH my addresses at the same time from this sender, again.
I have attached screenshots
Can you please block ALL emails from this sender, and any email that contains the words
and SHIPPING DOCUMENTS in the subject line
I have been getting these to both my email addresses for a long time, and you told me you blocked them, but clearly they are not blocked. Very frustrating.
Can you please advise once done
* i am sending this message again as nobody is responding to ticket 614098 re blocking spam at your back end. please see all my emails since monday to mustaqueem and see attachments so you can block domains.

Why can't I block senders anymore, from any mailbox? It's not working and there is no way to report this, except through feedback. WTF? Outlook is now ****!
Outlook is not catching all of the spam coming in even when I block/phishing
ALLOW ME TO COMPLETELY BLOCK CERTAIN SENDERS/SUBJECTS INSTEAD OF JUST REROUTING TO JUNK FOLDER. THIS SHOULD BE COMMON SENSE. JUNK SHOLD BE A QUARANTINE FOLDER TO REVIEW POSSIBLE SPAM AND NOT JUST A CATCH ALL CESSPOOL. LET ME KEEP MY EMAIL CLEAN.

When blocking email addresses (from within the junk folder), it would be handy to have an option to block all emails from the domain, rather than just simply that email address alone. Getting sick of having to block mails from the same domain, over, and over again (when they all seem to start with 10 digit/character combinations, clearly designed to spam people).
I noted that putting a domain on Junk list requires you to leave off the @. In other words don't try to enter as "@seeingeye.org " enter as "seeingeye.org".
I also noted that you have to hit Add, type the junk email text or domain, hit enter, so that the SAVE button lights up, then (obviously) hit save... that adds it to your list. <-- No, not very intuitive programming.
SPAM and PHISHING SUCK!!
Please please figure out how either we or you can block @seeingeye.org These are all phishing and I am getting 100s of junk emails DAILY. Out of control, I will have to close my account ig this domain cannot be blocked. I have tried blocking it in my settings to no avail - they just keep coming! Help!
please fix mine not working any more... I block senders and I still get 20 to 40 junk emails per day Block Senders and Domains Not working
Using the block sender by domain feature does not work. I've blocked a particular address I'm getting spam from using both the "block domain" feature and the rules feature, and neither of them have worked.
