First off thank you for reporting the issues you have been having with safelinks. There was a bug that did impact the safelinks for a short period of time. This has since been resolved and everything should be operating normally.

If you are seeing anything else, please feel free to reach back out!

    As of today (1/29/19) I can no longer access URL links from my outlook mail. What is going on???? I have tired 3 differnet browsers but nothing works now.

    Not being able to use links in an email without getting an "error" message is very frustrating and inconvenient. Please remove this new feature ASAP.

    I have the same problem whether I use Office 365 for MAC or access my Hotmail account through Outlook.com. Seemingly it is only a problem with Hotmail as other email accounts are OK.

    This is what I get, every time I click on a link to open a new page:

    na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    (Yeah, thanks for making me clear all of my cookies, to no avail!!)

    Safelinks doesn't work. Give us the ability to disable this feature. For many users it is redundant.

    Links in emails broken!
    rewritten URLs going through *.safelinks.protection.outlook.com don't redirect to the correct page

    ATP is blocking all links. Today all the links in all my e-mails lead to a "403 error - server can not be located" error message. I can't believe I'm paying extra for this annoyance and frustration

    This is frustrating! I am forwarding all emails to another, email account just to open the links.

    receive 2 errors: 1. "Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection has encountered an error.";
    2. "error 503 ". Please help. Thank you.

    It's stopping me loading stuff I want to see. Sometimes I can open links and other times I can't. It just seems random at the moment!

    Seems like Microsoft ATP/Safelinks is completely down as of this morning, I can't open any links. I'm hoping MS is working to resolve this.
